Mad at Miles; A Black Woman’s Guide to the Truth is an intensely personal look at Pearl Cleage’s life experiences combined with the stories of hundreds of other women, as they dealt with violence, abuse, racism, and sexism. Set as a number of vignettes, the six women tell their stories with powerful dialogue, music, poetry, and dance.
